Fellow Teachers,
I have observed that there are teachers who are not following their class
programs and TIME-ON-TASK. There are pupils who are still outside doing some
chores eating-up the time intended for the academic subjects.
Some teachers also were busy talking, hopping from one room to another and
left their pupils doing nothing inside the classroom.
With this, I am very much apprehensive on what would be the results of the
academic performance of our school children, if we tend to use our time inside the
school unproductively.
I hope that youre with me, in one heart, of dealing things positively and
honestly.

who are still outside doing school chores after 7:40. Based on the Class Program
submitted to the office, we shall start our Character Education at 7:40 am, therefore
all pupils must be in their respective classrooms that time. Please let us use our
time inside the school wisely and productively. Avoid prolonging pupils classwork so
to avoid future problem.

anniversary of the Municipality of Hagonoy, in which we are to participate through a
DEPED NIGHT. The said event will be on July 3, 2015 wherein 4 High Schools and 2
Districts will showcase Broadway presentation. Our district is assign to mount a
Broadway production entitled CHORUS LINE.

rehearsals with our trainers on June 13 (1:00 Pm), June 14, 20, 21, 27, 28(whole
day) at Hagonoy Central Covered Court. A general rehearsal with the lights and

EDUCATION PROGRAM (DO # 8 s. 2015)
In line with the implementation of the Enhanced Basic Education

Act of 2013, the Department of Education is adopting the enclosed Policy Guidelines
on Classroom Assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program effective School
Year 2015-2016.
Relative to this there is a need for all the teachers to be fully
informed with the new guidelines and recent changes in terms of grade computation
and allow teachers to track and measure learners progress and to adjust instruction
accordingly.
It is on this effect that we shall have a downloading activity on
Saturday June 13, 2015 at Hagonoy Central Elem. School (7:30 am-4:30 pm).

workshop on Phil. Folk Dance, Music Pedagogy and Arts to be held at Hagonoy
Central Elem. School on October 10-11, 2015.
This activity aimed to assist teachers in methods and techniques
incorporating Rhythm and Creative Arts into their teaching strategies and a good
venue for teachers to receive information in the process of making ARTS and how
this process can become an integral part in making classroom learning more
interesting and enjoyable for the pupils.
