Honorably served over 20 years with a multitude of assignments and responsibilities. Has
a Masters and Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management. Knowledgeable of all
education teaching and instruction practices. Motivates students to reach their potential
while preparing them for success post high school. Has strong interpersonal skills and
communicates effectively through verbal and written communication. Generates reports
to effectively communicate the success and challenges of the JROTC program. Leads
and motivates students and peers alike in multiple educational roles. Highly skilled in
