Good Morning Thomasians!!!
Good morning partner, youre definitely looking good this morning
Wow. Thank you for that compliment partner. You as well, you embodied the real
essence of the word glamour.
Well, I guess thats why were partners. And our candidates had their partners as
well that is equally tense yet equally excited, and of course, Im referring to their
respective teams, right guys? In this competition, there are four competing teams,
namely: CHAUCERIAN, SHAKESPEARIAN, WORDSWORTHIAN AND
THE DICKINSONS. Now, let me hear the voice of the CHAUCERIANS!!!!!!!
Wooh. So loud and eager to fight. How about the cheers from the kingdom of
SHAKESPEARIAN!!!!!!!
That was the spirit guys. Im pretty sure youre candidates will do their best to
raise your flag. Now how about the roaring voice of team
WORDSWORTHIAN!!!!!!!!!!
And the last yet definitely not the least, let me hear the cheers of THE
DICKINSONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And now, I can really attest that this will going to be a tough battle of beauty and
brains.
Yes partner. And in that note, we would like to extend or heartfelt gratitude to
each teams adviser whose support is beyond expected and Im pretty sure the
success of each team is not just a pride of the team members but also to the
respective team advisers as well. We would like to thank Mrs. Acebo and Ms.

What you just witnessed, a while ago is the showcase of our contestants in their
production number and the following indicators are of equal footing in selecting
the winner for this award: MASTERY, POISE AND PERONAL BEARING,
AUDIENCE IMPACT AND STAGE DEPORTMENT.

And now, let us meet the panel that definitely will have the hardest job this
morning, the panel that will help us in scrutinizing our 8 lovely pairs, folks, let us
welcome our distinctive panel of judges starting with our JUDGE NUMBER 1,

Thank you so much judges for sparing your time here and helping us in weighing
who among our contenders deserves the coveted title.

And our next category will be Talent. And of course, our talent category for this
pageant is different from usual pageant in the land since align with the English
Month, candidates are expected to present a talent signifying literary skills to be
demonstrated in different forms. Each pair will come up with one talent only that
will last until 3 minutes only. Even though, talent will be presented by pair, the
scoring will be individual. And the criteria for judging this category will be:
MASTERY 35%, SKILL 40% and COHERENCE TO LITERARY FORM
25% that will sum up to 100%.
G:
Well, I guess talent is an unwritten pre requisite in every pageant right partner?
And knowing Thomasians, we are all equipped with talents. Am I right guys?
By the way, what is your talent partner?
B:
Well, I do have a talent in singing partner. Unfortunately, only our bathroom and
our walls can appreciate that. Well, I heard that you had a voice like siren. Can
you let us hear some sample?
G:
There is always an appropriate time for that partner. I guess, I will outshine the
candidates if I will sing. (Hehe)
On a serious note, to give a little breather for our contestants, let us pave way for
sets of presentation. First to present will be an Action Song from Grade 1
mentored by Ms. Richie Agripo and Grade 2 mentored by Ms. Jumary Berenguel.

Well, only our panel of judges can answer that guys and we will reveal that in no
time soon. But in this juncture, let us first scrutinize and as well as familiarize

our contestants as we will venture to one of the most important part of this
pageant and that is the PRELIMINARY QUESTION AND ANSWER
PORTION. We will now witness the wit and intelligence of our 8 lovely pairs. In
this category, our contestants will be pick their question in our question bowl.

unnecessary noise while the question is being delivered and while the contestant

follows: 60% - Essence of the answer and the remaining 40% - Beauty and Stage
Deportment.

four teams of the High School Department since the Elementary pupils also have
designated teams the same with High School.

can you say partner; I observed your jaws dropped. Just kidding.

I assumed I should take that connotatively partner. Well, who would not be
amazed by our candidates, I mean, the girls looked gorgeous in their cocktails
and the boys looked enormous in their formal attire. Right?

G:

Exactly. Ladies and gentlemen, In this category, girls are required to wear
cocktail dress and boys should be in formal get up and the criteria for judging
the FORMAL WEAR will be as follows:
POISE AND PERSONAL BEARING - 35%
STAGE DEPORTMENT (Projection of feminity/masculinity) 30%
APPROPRIATENESS OF THE ATTIRE 30%
