manager for over a year.
He was an outstanding worker who did his job and would move on to tasks that
needed to be done without being asked. He never called out on a single shift that I
ran and let me know several weeks in advance if there was a day he could not work.
He could lead others when I was busy or dealing with a customers concern.

To whom it may concern:
Steven Guessford was a great part of the Little Caesars team. I was one of his shift
runners. Whenever I had a closing shift I always hoped hed be one of my closers.
Whenever something needed to be done he did it. I was always in the front and he
was able to keep everyone in the back of the store in line all while hopping from
task to task on various stations. Some nights I work until after one. Weve never
been there after 12:30 on nights we closed because we were on top of everything. I
think he would be a great addition to any company.
