Summer!
I cant believe weve reached the end of another year already. As ever its
been busy, fun, challenging, a little bit bonkers but full of brilliant learners
and learning. The amazing things all of our learners, staff and community have achieved
this year are greatly inspiring and make me feel incredibly proud and privileged to be a
small part of such a special team. Thank you to all parents and carers for your continued
support this year. I hope you all have a fantastic, fun filled and safe summer and I look
forward to seeing you all again in September
for the next term. Miss D

Staff News
Were really sad to be
saying goodbye to some
of our team today. Mrs
Lawton, who has been a
friendly face to all staff,
learners and parents is leaving us at the end
of August and will be really missed by everyone. Mrs Moore is leaving us today to start
her teaching career, taking up a secondary
post at Barnsley Academy and finally Mr
Marsh will be leaving us today to take up an
Assistant Head role in the PACT Academy
Trust. We wish him lots of luck in his new
role. Mrs Charlesworth will be teaching Y4
from September.

Worsbroughs Got Talent

Worsbrough is bursting with talent as we saw yesterday at
the fabulous talent show. Mayon was a very deserving winner with his keyboard performance, Ronnie and Ruby took
second place with their great dance and Daycare came third
with their wonderful dance routine. Thank you to all who
came to support the show and especially to Lottie for organising the event. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Y3 goes Pop!
I love these pop art inspired portraits created by Y3JW as
part of their transition artwork. Fantastic!

Thank You!
Miss Wood would like to say thanks to all the
F2s and their families who have attended or
supported baking club this year.
Its been a great success and
Has been really enjoyable from
Miss Wood too. We definitely
have some star bakers in the making!
