the above position. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
Minimum of 3 years administration experience within the construction industry
is a must
Fast, accurate typing & data entry skills
Intermediate MS Office skills
Strong commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
Ability to multitask
Well developed verbal and written skills
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and professionalism
A current unencumbered drivers licence

POSITION TITLE: Construction Administration Officer

POSITION TITLE THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Constructions

DIRECT REPORTS: No supervisory duties

POSITION SUMMARY:
Contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support
for the Company in a professional and efficient manner which reflects and
enhances the Companys business objectives.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications:

Certificate III in business


Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years administration experience within the construction


industry
Demonstrated experience of using Microsoft Office applications

Competencies (knowledge, skills and behaviours):

Strong administration skills organised, thorough, systems orientated


with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to create a positive impression with a professional, courteous and
expedient manner
Proactive, punctual and reliable

Well presented and good at dealing with stakeholders/clients


Ability to communicate at all levels
Professional verbal and written communication skills

Maintaining the registers for all training for


Construction

Issuing of site specific OHS Safety Management


Plans for all Sites/Site Managers Site Files

Preparing site signage and OHS requirements for


site supervisors

Organizing all site requirements for construction


projects

Assisting the Safety Officers

Purchasing of safety equipment

Fleet vehicle servicing, car signage and insurance


claims/maintaining spreadsheet for fleet

Commissioning
