Crossroad Development Property, LLC, with the City of Beckley, is proposing to install approximately
1,210 feet of 8 inch SDR 35 gravity sewer line off Route 16 also called Robert C. Byrd Drive. This
proposed sewer line extension will serve 4 proposed restaurant sites with each site having an estimated
seating of 300. The sewer extension will be connected to an existing line in the subdivision that will tie
to the sewer line installed to serve Crossroad Chevrolet.
Please find attached the information, plans, and details required to submit a permit for a sewer line
extension.
