Ans 1- In todays world, More than ever before, enterprises need fully

business aligned functions, processes, technology, organization

structure and cross-skilled managers/leaders, who have the ability to
understand various aspects of the business ecosystem, analyse the
situations from various angles and take appropriate decisions.
My engineering education has sharpened my analytical ability as well
as provided me a good understanding of the basics of technology. But,
What I would want to do now is to cultivate more of the functional side
of a business; I would want to know, Why are we implementing a
system? as all technology platforms are a means to implement/enable
a business process (whether it is sales, HR, Marketing, Finance,
Logistics, CRM, SCM etc.)
During my MBA, I would like to learn more about business strategy,
various business functions and management aspects, providing me
with an ability to attack issues from multiple angles.
If you present the same problem to an engineer and an MBA, both of
them look at two different things, An engineer only looks at the data
and the MBA looks at it in a higher (functional) perspective; he catches
different things. No approach is wrong, the technical or the functional
approach.
This ability to utilize both technical and business skills to provide
solutions is a valuable asset and I would want to become that asset to
the organization.
This would provide me with the skills required to be innovative and a
successful business leader in the digital economy and combined with my
natural leadership traits, it would enable me to contribute effectively to
the organization and the industry I choose to work for.
Ans 2I have divided my career goal into short term goal and long term goal.
My short term goal is to gain knowledge about various aspects of
business functions, business strategies and various management styles
and in parallel Learn deeper in the area off digital technologies as
enterprises needs cross-skilled managers/leaders, who have the ability
to understand various aspects of the business ecosystem, analyse the
situations from various angles and take appropriate decisions.
Hopefully, I should be able to apply these skills in my professional life
initially in the areas of business/management consulting and/or business
analyst function in banking & financial services or Digital/e-commerce
industry. Eventually, I would like to be an entrepreneur and build a unique
online business that serves the market needs.

Ans 3- As I am the head of my college's literary club- Ananya, last year I was
entrusted with organising the annual fest. One of the team members made a
huge blunder by mismanaging the event list because of which everything went
awry and normal functioning got hassled. This enraged our VC who placed the
blame on me entirely. At this juncture, I was at a crossroads. My mind was
steeped in the dilemma whether should I clear my name and transfer the blame
to my club or should I bring that member to justice. But eventually right sense
prevailed and instead of maligning my club or that person, I mollified the VC and
explained him the goof up and everything got on track. The event was a huge
success and fortunately I handled the situation to my conscience.

Ans 4- I along with my two other friends fought for the cause of one-eyed
people. My friend who has sight in one eye only, when applied for driving
license he was denied the license for being one eyed.He looked
dejected. For his sake I studied the motor vehicle act according to which he
had the right to have a DL provided that he fills form 1(A) from a
government hospital. He got the requisite form from Safdarjung hospital
and still was denied his rightful license. I vowed to get him what he fully
deserved, so I filed an RTI in his name.I was flummoxed to know that yes
he can have DL provided he fulfills all the conditions that were mentioned
there but this dichotomy between different govt departments were
agonizingly appalling as once again his application for DL was rejected by
MLO Rohini. Then finally after a number of formalities and rejection she
got his license
Ans 5- I was secretary of the literary club of my college during my graduation..
Last year after a college research project on literacy rate in india, I to take an
initiative to educate slum community. I contacted my friend w by giving tutions
to the slum children on weekends. We also organized various awareness
programs, the latest one being creating awareness about PMJDY.
