Reasons why Acme is more successful

than Omega:
Acme had retained the basic structure of
Tech products which they thought was
beneficial to handle the mass production of
printed circuits and . So it gave Acme
leverage over Omega .
Larger plant area gave opportunity to Acme
to have larger workforce than Omega which
helped them to have better production.
There was not proper functioning between
departments in Omega .
Acme has lesser compatibility issues with
their employees because they retained their
management and upgraded their General
Manager to President.
Due to the absence of hierarchy in Omega,
they consumed excessive time in operational
and decision making processes.
Employees at Acme were more satisfied than
Omega that led to greater productivity.
Due to lack of proper organization chart in
Omega employees were not able to record
and remember transcripts exchanged
between two fellow employees or
departments that resulted in lesser
productivity
Improper allocation of work to new joinees
caused reduction in work efficiency.
