PETITION
COMES NOW the undersigned petitioner and to this Honorable Committee
respectfully states:
1. He is single, Filipino Citizen, 21 years of age and a resident of
Mandurriao,iloilo;
2. He is a regular first year student of the College of Law of this University;
3. During the first and second semester, school year 2015-2016, he incurred
the following grades: 5.0 in Statutory Construction, and 5.0 in
Constitutional Law I;
4. Upon entering Law school the petitioner is having a difficult time adjusting
to the subjects he is taking because the course which he graduated in
college is not related to the subjects he is taking now. Petitioner also
admits that the reason why he had a hard time adjusting and failed on
some of his subjects is because of a poor study habit and has not yet
learned how to manage his time properly, plus the factor that he was
hospitalized one week before the final examination in which did not give
him enough time to prepare for the exams. Petitioner is asking for your
kind consideration that he be admitted as 2nd year in the incoming
academic year 2016-2017 and promises to improve his behaviour exert
more effort towards his studies and to improve his study habit in order to
pass the subjects.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that he be retained as a student of the College
of Law of the University of San Agustin.
