Cleveland Dailey appealed his conviction for bank robbery with a firearm. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld his conviction, finding that robbing a bank teller at gunpoint constitutes the use of force and violence under the relevant statutes. The evidence presented at trial was deemed sufficient to support Dailey's convictions for bank robbery and armed bank robbery. The court affirmed the district court's ruling.
