To receive your cash rebate, purchase a PT-AE8000U from an Authorized Panasonic Reseller in the United States November 29 ~ December 2 , 2013
to receive the $550.00 rebate. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
Return this completed form, including the serial number labels, along with a copy of your invoice with the purchase date & purchase price circled.
IMPORTANT: You must cut out and include the original label from the carton, which includes the UPC code, model number and serial number,
or your registration cannot be processed.
