Round 2 Problem Statement:
As a part of phase I analysis you should have
1. Market size of the dairy market in India
2. Identified segment where they should enter in India
3. Market entry strategy for that segment
Now as part of phase II, assuming that Mulgere has decided to enter the India market, Mulgere
seeks your help to define the following:
1.

Go-To-Market Strategy for the company specifically, Mulgere wants to know


a. Product portfolio it should have
b. Customer segment that it should target
c. Geographies that it should target
2. Expansion strategy to scale up operations over 3-5 years
a. Identify key growth levers
b. Key challenges
c. Recommendations for Mulgeres growth agenda
The target for Mulgere is to become one of the top three players in any geography & segment
that they enter into and hence your analysis should be aligned to that.
The final submission should make a coherent piece that includes both Round I and II analysis.
Guidelines for On-Campus Round 2 Presentations:

The teams will have to present the solution in front of a panel of judges from Strategy&.
The presentations should not exceed 20 slides (round 1 & round 2 combined).
Teams will be given 20 minutes for presenting their solution, which will be followed by 10
minutes of Q&A
All the teams are required to submit their presentations by 11:59 PM on 24th September.
The presentations should be mailed to trojanhorse.iimbvista2015@gmail.com.
The presentations should be named as TrojanHorse_R2_<TeamName>_<InstituteName>
