A Growth Group is a sacred, comfortable, stress-free place where individuals
have the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, learn something
new, and grow spiritually often within a social context.

An apprentice is a supporter who serves as a helper to support and assists the

Group Facilitator. The apprentice facilitates group discussion at least once during
the semester, prays for the group, and sends weekly email to pastors with
numbers and narratives. The apprentice prepares to become a
future Growth Group Facilitator. Updates group by emailing prayer list. . (may not
know now, please share when identified)

o Growing Deeply Guide + Prayer (open to everyone)
o Growing Deeply Guide + Prayer + (an affinity group i.e. cooking, dinner,
sports, entrepreneurs, music type, anything you can imagine etc.) or age,
stage, people who live in your neck of the town
o Book Study: Americas Original Sin: Racism, White Privilege, and the Bridge
to a New America by Jim Wallis with study guide
o A Disciple Bible Study (open to you who have completed a Disciple)
