FOR BPI ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS


(Online/ATM/Phone/Mobile Banking)
When re-enrolling your account
1) Log-on to your BPI Express Online Account. From the main menu, select Payments &
Reloading > Bills Payment > Enroll All Other Bills

2) After filling out the enrollment form with the required information, select Source Account
with BPI where amount to be paid will be debited.
3) Choose Manila Electric Company for the Company Name.

4) Please refer to your current bills ATM/Phone Reference Number located at the bottom left
of your bill, as encircled below in red.

5) You will need to re-enroll this ATM/Phone Reference Number. You will only use 10 digits,
starting from the 2nd to the 11th digit. Kindly refer to the encircled 10 digit sample number
below. Please note that you will only need to re-enroll your account once.

4) After entering all necessary information, just press submit and a confirmation message will
appear. This means that you have successfully re-enrolled your Meralco account. You will now
be able to pay your monthly bills through electronic payment.

When paying your monthly electric bill (after re-enrollment)

1) Log-on to your BPI Express Online Account. From the main menu, select: Payments &
Reloading > Bills Payment > Pay Bills Today

2) Choose Meralco as the Merchant to be paid then input other necessary information.

3) Please refer to your current bills ATM/Phone Reference Number located at the bottom left
of your bill, as encircled below in red.

4) You will need to input the last five digits of your current Meralco bills ATM/Phone Reference
Number. The ATM/Phone reference Number is located at the bottom left part of your bill, as
encircled in red below.

5) Press Submit and wait for the Payment Confirmation page to appear.

When re-enrolling your account
1) Please refer to your current bills ATM/Phone Reference Number located at the bottom left
of your bill, as encircled below in red.

2) You will need to re-enroll this ATM/Phone Reference Number and will only use its first 11
digits. Kindly refer to the encircled 11 digit sample number below. Please note that you will only
need to re-enroll your account once.

3) After a successful re-enrollment, you will now be able to pay your monthly bills through
electronic payment.

When paying your monthly electric bill (after re-enrollment)


1) Please refer to your current bills ATM/Phone Reference Number located at the bottom left
of your bill, as encircled below in red.

2) You will need to input the last 5 digits of your ATM/Phone Reference Number for payment.
Please refer to the 5 digit sample number encircled below.

FOR OTHER BANKS


There is no need to re-enroll your new account. When paying, you will still encode the 16-digit
ATM/Phone reference number.
