Cut out the core using a

Top with apple slice and

chocolate chips/dried
fruit on peanut butter

3 Medium Apples

cup Water

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 Tbsp Sugar

Put all Ingredients in a


Bowl and Mix Together

Wash the Apples

Chop the Apples

Cook in Skillet for 10


Minutes (until tender)

Spoon over Waffles

BAGGIE ICE CREAM


Ice (enough to fill a
gallon size bag)

3 cups of
Half and Half

1 Tbsp of
Vanilla Extract

6 Tbsp of
Sugar

Put 3 cups of half and half


in a quart size ziplock bag

Add the vanilla and the sugar


to the bag and seal the bag
(double bag this to prevent
leaking)

Place these bags inside a


gallon size ziplock bag filled
with ice and salt

1/2 Cup Salt

Remove the ice cream from


the center bag and enjoy

Shake the bag for 8


minutes.

Crush Cereal in a Bag

Peel Banana

Spread Peanut Butter on


Banana

Cereal

Cut into thick Slices

Roll Banana in Cereal

Makes 12 rolls

1 cup plus 2 Tbsp warm water

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp dry active yeast

1/3 cup oil

3 1/2 cups of flour

Combine 1/2 cup of warm


water with yeast and sugar
Let sit until you start to
see bubbles (~5-8 minutes)

Mix 2 cups of flour and


the salt into the bowl

Form into balls and Bake


on a greased cookie
sheet at 400F for 10
minutes (until golden
brown)

Add the rest of the


water and oil and Mix
together

Add the remainder of


flour you Knead the
dough

Celery Butterflies
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese

1 Stalk of Celery cut


into 2 inch pieces

Raisins
Twisted Pretzels

Spread Cream Cheese


on 2inch pieces of
celery.

Add pretzels for


butterfly wings.

Add raisins for eyes.

CHEESE STARS
2 Slices of Bread

Butter
(softened)

1 Cheese Slice

Spread Butter on one side


of each slice of Bread

Cut the sandwiches with


a cookie cutter

Place one Cheese Slice


between the un-buttered
Bread slices

Grill the Cheese Stars in a


Skillet until golden brown
on both sides

Makes 4 servings

2/3 cups of whole Bouillon Cube


wheat couscous

2 cups
water

1/2 cup mixed nuts


1/2 cup mixed dried
fruit

1 cup mixed
vegetables

Boil water with bouillon


cube and Pour into bowl of
couscous.

Cover and let sit for 10


minutes.

Pack cooked couscous to


small cups and Turn out onto
a plate to form sand castles.
Decorate castles with
mixed vegetables, nuts, and
dried fruit.

6 Hardboiled Eggs

Peel the Eggs

Spoon the Mixture into a


Plastic Bag

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Slice the Eggs into Halves


Lengthwise

Snip off a Corner of the


Bag

Place Egg Yolks, Mayo, and


Spices in a Bowl and Mix

Squeeze the Filling into the


Egg Whites

Edible Cookie Dough


3/4 cups Chocolate Chips
1 Stick of Butter

3/4 cups of Brown Sugar


1 tsp Vanilla
Extract

1/2 tsp Salt

1 cup of Flour

Mix the Butter, Sugar,


Vanilla and Milk in a Bowl
(~5 minutes)

Add Chocolate Chips

2 Tbsp Milk

Mix Together until Fluffy


Add Flour and Salt

Roll Dough into Balls and


Place on Cookie Sheet

ROLLED OATS 1 cup

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 10-20 minutes

1 Roma Tomatoes

2 Avocados (small)

Pinch of Salt

1/4 Red Onion

2 Tbsp lime juice

1 Tbsp Cilantro

Remove Avocado from


Skin

Chop Tomato and Red

Mash Avocado in a Bowl

Mix Together
Serve with Tortilla Chips

3 cups of Chickpeas

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

2 tsp Ground Cumin

Pinch of Salt

Water as needed

the fridge before serving.

Put all the ingredients in


a blender

Add water as needed to


get a smooth consistency

Blend everything until it


is smooth and creamy

3 cups chopped frozen


Mango

3 cups of low-fat
plain Yogurt

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

3 cups cold water

Put all ingredients in a


food processor or
blender.

Blend until the mixture


is smooth and frothy.

Maple-Nut Snack Mix


1/4 cup Maple Syrup

3/4 cups Pretzels

3 cups Rice Chex

2 Tbsp Melted Butter


1/4 cup Nuts
1-1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Add all the dry ingredients


to a microwave safe bowl

Microwave on high for 2


minutes

Add the Syrup mixture to


Mix the Syrup and Butter the dry ingredients and Mix
together in a separate bowl
together

Stir mixture and repeat


steps 4 and 5 one or two
times until mixture is crisp

1 cup Chocolate Chips

1/4 cup Honey

2 tsp Vanilla
Extract

Have an adult Melt butter


in a sauce pan on medium
heat

Add Brown Sugar, Honey


and Vanilla

Add Sugar mixture to the


dry ingredients

Let Cool before you Add


the chocolate chips

1 Cup Crispy Rice


Cereal

Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl (not


chocolate chips)

Pack mixture into a


greased cookie sheet.
Freeze for 10 Minutes

DIRECTIONS
Fill a clear cup alternating between yogurt and 1 cup fruit
pieces to create a rainbow parfait. Top with granola.

1. Put stones in a pot of water
and bring to a boil
2. Dice all vegetables
