Bteen has unveiled its


new capsule collection
with Lennon & Maisy, the
duo teen sister singers, actresses
and authors Lennon and Maisy
Stella.
The collection marks Lennon
& Maisys first entry into home
furnishings and is inspired by
their creative, bohemian spirit.
The Lennon & Maisy for PBteen collection is comprised of
more than 50 pieces, including
bedroom and lounge furniture,
lighting, wall dcor and bedding.
Partnering with PBteen to
design our own bedrooms is a
dream come true, said Maisy
Stella, 12. Sharing our individual style through a home dcor collection is so exciting, said Lennon Stella, 16. We cant wait to see
how teens take pieces from both of our rooms to create their own individual style.
The exclusive collection showcases each sisters personal style Lennons room focuses around
soothing cool hues and embroidered accents creating a tranquil vibe, while Maisys room features
bold colors and playful accents with a touch of vintage flairthough customers can mix and match
pieces for the ideal room. Bright patterns and pops of Moroccan influence can be seen in the collections standout bedding and lighting pieces along with vibrant tassles and stitched embroidery
showcased on wall dcor and other soft goods.
Their eclectic and vintage style inspired the bohemian vibe seen throughout the assortment. In
celebrating their imagination we hope this collection inspires teens to pursue their dreams, said
Jennifer Kellor, executive vice president merchandising, PBteen and Pottery Barn Kids.
During the launch, PBteen hosted a sweepstakes through July 31 for five fans to win the ultimate
Lennon & Maisy prize, including a virtual hangout style session with the sisters. n

CAREER MOVES
Furniture First has named Bill Bradley
merchandising director. Bradley spent the
last 12 years as the merchandise manager
of retailer Interiorshome in Lancaster and
Camp Hill, Pa. ... John R. Belk, former
president and COO of Belk Inc., has been
elected to the board of directors of Bassett
Furniture Industries ... Heritage Home
Groups vice president of sales-outdoor
Stephanie Pereira will now lead the sales
efforts for the companys Lane Venture outdoor brand ... Steve Crawford was named
vice president of sales and marketing for
Amerdale Industries, also known as Dale
Tiffany, which manufacturers lighting and
decorative accessories.

John Lewis Expands Home

ohn Lewis, the 46-store department store retailer in the United


Kingdom, expects its home business to generate $1.32 billion in annual
revenue by 2020.
As part of the initiative, the retailer
continues to expand its exclusive relationships with external brands, such as West
Elm, Loaf and U.K. dining chain Leon.
West Elm launched its in-store shops in
John Lewis last year, and will soon roll out
to a total of nine locations. The Loaf collection includes five exclusively designed
pieces available in 22 fabrics.
John Lewis also plans to grow by focusing on design credentials and quality,
including the debut of its Design Project

signed in-house that targets consumers


looking for contemporary products. John
Lewis will continue to grow its own existing brands, including House, which targets generation rent, the retailer said,
and Croft, which uses natural luxurious
materials in timeless designs.

ambition will be led by our latest collection, Design Project, said Christine Kasoulis, buying director for home at John
Lewis. Its a visually arresting collection
with items that are thoughtfully designed
and made from the best materials.
John Lewis recently invested $18.4 million in its flagship Oxford Street home
department and has opened new Home

Hub departments in three new branches,


a dedicated area bringing together all of
John Lewis home services. New stores
opening in Chelmsford and Leeds this
year will also contain a Home Hub.
