deposit the remaining balance of _______________ is due on or prior to
the day of pickup. This hedgehog is being sold under a pet only contract, the
hedgehog listed above is being sold with no rights to the full pedigree and/or
breeding rights as these are only sold to pre-screened and approved breeders. If
you breed the hedgehog listed above you will be in breach of contract and we will
proceed in taking legal action against you.
After being vet examined this hedgehog has
been deemed healthy, you have also received a copy of the hedgehogs health certi
ficate signed by me the breeder and a licensed veterinarian.
Before Pick Up/Release: Before the release of your new pet, we require proof of your
hedgehog's new home, whether this be picture of the enclosure or
the receipts. If you do not have the proper home,
your hedgehog will not be released until you obtain one. You will need to provide the
name and
phone number of your vet. **We love and care for our hedgehogs very much,
so please
understand these policies are to ensure their proper care and safety.**

hedgehog by signing this you agree to bring the above listed hedgehog back to us
at Prickly Pines Hedgehogs Of Ohio. Prickly Pines Hedgehogs Of Ohio
provides a lifetime of support and advice for you and your new
furbaby. Please do not hesitate to ever contact us with questions, concerns, ect.

retains the right to refuse sale to any person at any time for any reason. Prickly
Pines Hedgehogs Of
Ohio does not to sell to any persons under the age of 18. We appreciate your busin
ess and would love to hear from you! Prickly Pines Hedgehogs Of
Ohio also retains the right to check up on any babies via phone or email, please
do not take this personally as we care deeply about all of our babies and t
heir health. By signing this form, both parties are agreeing to all the above terms,
and understand that owning a hedgehog is an extremely large responsibility. The
buyer understands that Breeder cannot offer any warranty for cancer related illness
es. The breeder
assumes no financial responsibility for any veterinary costs associated with this hed
gehog once this hedgehog has left the care of the breeder as of ___/_____/_______.
This hedgehog is guaranteed to never develop
Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome (WHS) within its lifespan. If this hedgehog is ever susp
ected to have developed WHS, the
buyer agrees to inform breeder within 48 hours, and will be instructed to
see a licensed vet and have a necropsy report done AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
WHS is to
be diagnosed by a veterinarian with adequate hedgehog experience and is to be de
emed a definite diagnosis through necropsy. If your hedgehog from Prickly Pines
Hedgehogs Of Ohio
has passed from WHS and you provide the proper documentation for a licensed vete
rinarian saying that WHS was in fact the cause of death Prickly Pines Hedgehogs Of
Ohio will replace your hedgehog for another of equal or lesser value according to
the price of your previous hedgehog. The breeder is not responsible for any
associated veterinary costs, costs of necropsy testing.
