Introduction:

EMSeva is a business idea of two young at heart and brain entrepreneurs who envisioned
transforming your routine maintenance work to the enlightened service experience. EMSeva
is into providing two wheeler servicing and maintenance at customer doorstep through a HiTech, well equipped mobile service van. The uniqueness of the idea is Convenience,
Economical & Transparent service.
EMSeva aims to disrupt the existing business model, where customer goes to work
shop, EMSeva brings the Service Station to customer location.
Every Two Wheeler user is the potential customer, but so far more focus was on IT, BPO,
KPO, Tech Savvy and Student users in the age group of 20 to 40. Next focus market will be
out skirts of cities / towns, villages, rural areas, where servicing facilities are either very less
or nil. They need to come to District place or town for getting their vehicles serviced.
Estimated two wheeler population of India is around 250+ million and service and
maintenance market is INR 25,000+ Crores. The customers are spread out to every nook &
corner of the country. EMSeva was launched in Pune in the month of October 2015. In a span
of 8 months, customer base has reached to 2100+ at 70+ locations.

Vision 2020:
EMSeva wishes to expand in 100 cities and towns by 2020. In 2020 market size is expected
to reach INR 30,000+ Crores. EMSeva aims to grab 5% of the total market, i.e. INR 1500
crores.
With 90% capacity utilization, one MSV can do a business worth INR One Crore in a year
with revenue streams of Labour Charges, Lubes & Spare Parts sale.
To achieve INR 1500 Crore, we need to have 1200 MSV. We need to handle operations of
1200 MSV pan India for aforementioned target. It requires a large force of blue collar
labourers.

2. Suggest innovative marketing strategies for EMSeva (Offline and Online Strategies).
3. Identify various new avenues possible for revenue generation of EMSeva.
