The client is requesting to restructure their payment schedule and change the payment dates in the reservation agreement. They have already paid 15% of the total balance in advance of the scheduled payments. However, according to the terms in the reservation agreement, they would still incur penalties for not adhering strictly to the payment schedule, even though they have paid more than required. The client is asking to waive any penalties already incurred and modify the payment schedule to avoid future penalties, given their history of paying in advance.

This is to request your good office to restructure my schedule of payment.
Currently I was able to pay and satisfy more than 10% DP in advance as I already paid 15% of my total balance. In connection to this may I be request to change my payment schedule in our reservation agreement so that I will not be inquiring penalty. According to AMD, if despite advance payment I will not stick to the schedule of payment as required still I will be inquiring penalties in payment since they will strictly implement what is in the Reservation Agreement. This would mean that instead of recognizing me as a good payer I will be tag as delinquent since I did not adhere to the payment schedule in the RA and wishes to pay in advance which suppose to be entitled for a rebates and not penalties. From what Ive learned from my agent I did inquire penalty but which should not be the case and hence such penalty should also be waived considering my advance payment. Hence, may I be allowed to change the payment schedule in the RA and restructure my payment so as not to prejudice me, a good paying client. Please bear in mind that I am not only a good payer but is always advance in paying her due. Thank you very much and may this letter merit your most favorable response on this regard.
