1) SCOPE OF WORK
Up- gradation of elevator
1- Controller Supply and installation of new microprocessor based simplex down
(full) collective system with variable voltage variable frequency (V3F) driver for
power saving and smooth operation of lifts. It has the following built in features
- Smooth start and stop
- Increase life of equipment
- Less wear and tear on machine
- Better level accuracy irrespective of load
- Can work even on three phase voltage fluctuation
- Less break down
- Improved ride
2- Hall Button New hall button fixtures with luminous buttons combined with
scrolling display position indicator and up/down directional arrows at all floors with
SS face plate
3- Car operating panel Supply and fixing of car operating panel with luminous
buttons combined with digital position indicators and direction arrows with SS face
plate
4- Magnetic switches and vanes New final limit switches at terminal landings
including magnetic switches and vanes will be provided in hoist way to suit
proposed control system
5- Wiring Complete rewiring of hoist way , machine room and car in copper
conductor , including travelling cables in new troughs to suit proposed control
system
6- Brake - Overhauling of brake.
7- Machine Unit overhauling of existing machine unit to support new controller
system in smooth functioning .

8- Emergency alarm Supply and fixing of battery operated emergency alarm

9- Announcement system supply and fixing of voice announcement system with
music system
10-Overhauling of safety mechanism overhauling of complete safety mechanism.
11- Stainless steel hairline finish cabin supply and fixing of new stainless steel
hairline finish cabin with stainless steel false ceiling, new cabin fan, LED light,
commercial plywood and aluminium plate, and required accessories.
12) Dismantling existing swing doors & replacement with accordion gates on all
floors.
13) Supply & install New ARD System on existing elevator for man trap situations in
case of power failure.
