Four (4) golfing spots. Includes post-golf lunch/program, and player favors.
Recognition in all printed materials for the tournament, dependent on print dates. (Registration
forms, posters, confirmation letters, program books.)
Logo prominently displayed on sponsor board at tournament and on tournament website.
Ability to provide product and/or information for player favor bags.

SILVER SPONSOR -- $1,500

(2) golfing spots. Includes breakfast, post-golf lunch/program, and player favors.

BRONZE SPONSOR -- $1,000

One (1) golfing spot. Includes breakfast, post-golf lunch/program, and player favors.

GOLF SHIRT SPONSOR

This year the tournament committee is looking for a sponsor(s) for golf shirts. The golf shirt would display your
company name or logo on the sleeve and each paid participant will receive one shirt. If you are interested in this

LUNCH SPONSORSHIP
The tournament committee is accepting or receiving sponsorships for the luncheon. If you are interested in this

displayed on each table as well as in the dining and raffle area.

Any donation your company can make that will help us raise more money for the Jimmy Fund
This can include:
Drawing prizes (i.e. concert/game tickets, gift certificates, television, etc.)
Auction Items (i.e. tickets, gift certificates, skis, jewelry, foursomes etc.)
