It is a short sentence joined to another sentence to form one longer sentence.

It gives necessary information which is important to the meaning of the main sentence.
It uses relative pronouns (who / that / which / when / where / why etc) to replace the person or
thing
There are NO commas in the sentence.
The relative pronouns can sometimes be omitted
