    It is submitted that after approval of move sanction (20.07.2016 to
    22.07.2016) from the worthy Director General NAB Lahore undersigned
    proceeded

    Karachi

    for

    recording

    his

    IO

    statement

    before

    Learned

    Accountability Court No. I Karachi on 22.07.2016. However, complete


    evidence could not be recorded and the Honourable Judge Accountability
    Court No.1 Karachi adjourned the case and directed the undersigned to
    appear before court on next date of hearing i.e. 25-07-2016 (Monday) for
    recording of the statement of the undersigned.
    In view of above, it is requested that extension may be granted in
    move sanction of undersigned from 23-07-2016 to 26-07-2016 so that the
    statement as well as cross examination of undersigned may be completed,
    please.
