session we will work on breath activation.

PRACTICE GOALS FOR THIS SERIES:

DAY 4

For 1-7 days, practice the above exercises for 5-15 minutes a day. Your goal is
to memorize the sensation of threading breath from your belly up to your
face.

(Capacity = how big a breath you can take; Control = how precisely you can
measure and time its release for long and short phrases.)

These exercises will also relax your face and neck while helping you to grow
breath capacity and control.

Get used to putting your mental focus in your diaphragm and thinking only of
breath.

DAY 1

Inhale and exhale deeper than you think you need to, and test the limits of
your diaphragm.
