>Dont use IM route in
children
>Monitor for adverse
effects
After Administration:
>Monitor VS regularly
>Advice the watcher to
report any allergies or
rashes occurred.

strains of gramnegative

Contraindicated
with allergy to
any
aminoglycosides
; renal/hepatic
disease,
preexisting
hearing loss,
myasthenia
gravis,
Parkinsonism,
infant botulism.
