This document is a court filing from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit regarding the case of United States v. Trenton Stevens. Stevens' appointed counsel, Robert Godfrey, filed a motion to withdraw from representing Stevens and submitted an Anders brief stating there are no arguable issues of merit to appeal. After independently reviewing the record, the court's per curiam opinion finds counsel's assessment to be correct and grants the motion to withdraw, affirming both Stevens' conviction and sentence.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
Plaintiff-Appellee, versus TRENTON STEVENS, Defendant-Appellant. ________________________ Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida ________________________ (November 18, 2014) Before MARCUS, PRYOR and JULIE CARNES, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM:

Page: 2 of 2
Robert Godfrey, appointed counsel for Trenton Stevens, in this direct
criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsels assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsels motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Stevenss conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
