Michael Odukoya appealed his criminal conviction to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His appointed counsel, Jamila Hall, filed a motion to withdraw from further representation and submitted an Anders brief, indicating there were no arguable issues with merit to raise on appeal. After independently reviewing the record, the court agreed there were no issues of merit and affirmed Odukoya's conviction and sentence. The court granted Jamila Hall's motion to withdraw as counsel.

Jamila M. Hall, appointed counsel for Michael Odukoya in this criminal
appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsels assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsels motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Odukoyas conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
