Dear Mr. Jordan:

I have enjoyed working with Starbike immensely over a years.
However, time has come for me to move on pursue my personal career . I
am, Therefore, resigning from my position as Branch Mechanic . This letter
serves as my three weeks notice with my last working day.
I would like this smooth transition and will gladly help in hiring/ training
process of my replacement during the next three weeks.
It has been a genuine pleasure working for starbike, I will miss my
associations here. I wish you and Starbike continued success in the
