CONCLUSION
The hydraulics calculation presented in this report is based on the typical development where
the pre development is flat land and post development is with building. However in this case, the
existing factory building had been standing there since 2002 (from Google Earth Image).
As for the current situation, On Site Detention is not required as the pre development SSR and
post development SSR does not increase because the footprint of the building and the layout of
the site are not changing.
