March 11th, 2016

Muller and Phipps,
Karachi,
Pakistan.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Muhammad Zain ul Abidin, am currently enrolled in my third year of
BBA at the Institute of Business Administration, (IBA) Karachi, having a
splendid performance in academia.
Although a fresh third year undergraduate, I am not alike typical third-year
undergraduates. I've put myself through positions in various societies and
been an office bearer of the IBA Literary Society 2014-15. This society has
organized and promoted performing arts extensively in IBA. I also helped
in luring sponsors for our events, which gives me an added advantage as
well.
I have always been fascinated by the intricacy, determination and energy
of the supply industry. I find passion in the possibility to determine and
influence strategies at an executive level, and work with numbers during
supply chain and channel management. I welcome working on challenging
projects in driven and ambitious teams, and pride myself on being able to
deliver high quality work in stressful, high-pressure environments. My
diligence and focus on assigned projects, and my ability to work for great
lengths of time with a positive attitude make me a good fit for goaloriented project work in the supply chain industry.
My outgoing personality, my societal experience, and my recently
completed almost 3 years of undergraduate education from the top
business school in the country, make me a strong candidate for an
internship position in Muller and Phipps. I have the maturity, skills, and
abilities to embark on a career in finance (something concrete and related
to market research), and I'd like to do this over here.
I'd like very much to talk with you concerning any internship position.
Please follow up this letter with a phone call/mail etc.
Really looking forward for the experience. Thank you for your
time and consideration!

Sincerely yours,
