Long Term Goal
In one year, Student will be able to answer who, what, where, when, why,
and how questions within a conversation or based on a story or informational
text 4/5 trials over 3 consecutive session as observed by speech provider
and/or classroom teacher 1 time per quarter
Short Term Goal

In 3 months, Student will be able to answer who, where, when, why,


and how questions within a conversation or based on a story or
informational text with verbal prompts in 3/5 trials for 3 consecutive
sessions

In 6 months, Student will be able to answer who, where, when, why,


and how questions within a conversation or based on a story or
informational text with verbal prompts in 4/5 trials for 3 consecutive
sessions

In 9 months, Student will be able to answer who, where, when, why,


and how questions within a conversation or based on a story or
informational text with verbal prompts in 4/5 trials for 3 consecutive
sessions

Long Term Goal


Within 1 year, Student will use appropriate conversation skills by initiating a
conversation with peers appropriately, staying on topic, and/ or, commenting
inquiring during a conversation4/5 trials over 3 consecutive session as
observed by speech provider and/or classroom teacher 1 time per quarter.
Short Term Goal

Within 3 months, Student will initiate a conversation with


peers/teachers appropriately during a conversation independently in
4/5 trials over 3 consecutive sessions

Within 6 months, Student will participate in conversations with peers or


teachers by inquiring or commenting during a conversation
independently in 4/5 trials over 3 consecutive sessions

Within 9 months, Student will stay on topic during a conversation


independently in 4/5 trials over 3 consecutive sessions

given at the end of the unit.
