I hereby acknowledged receipt of the cash in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) from Joana de la Cruz.
In
consideration
of
the
amount
so
received
I,

_________________________________________, promise to pay Peter Cute the amount of
ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P130,200.00) on October 31, 2009, of
which amount one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) being for the payment of the principal
loan and the thirty thousand pesos (P30,000.00) for the interest of the loan for three (3) months
from July 31, 2016 to October 31, 2016 at ten per cent (10%) per month.
