Respected Sir,
With due most respectfully it is submitted that I have been transferred from the office of
Director(Civil) GM(P) South WAPDA Hyderabad to the office of Project Director RBOD-III Sukkur but
my family is settled at Hyderabad and availing medical facility at WAPDA Hospital Husainabad
Hyderabad.
It is therefore humbly requested that I want to continue medical facility at Hyderabad. So my
application may kindly be pleased accepted and allowed my family to avail facility at Hyderabad.
