In September, Memorial University Medical center Participated in the Premier
restructure and subsequent initial public offering (IPO). As part of that
transaction, received equity shares of PINC with a seven year vesting period.

On July 25, we will expand our
relationship with Premier, Inc. in a
project that is intended to identify
opportunities to enhance revenue
and reduce costs. This 18-month
initiative will focus on at least
$19M of cost reduction withinin six
areas of opportunity:
