10:00pmdeadline.

ReschedulingPolicy
Youmustrescheduleyourregistrationnolaterthan3fulldaysbeforeyourtestdate(notincludingthedayofyourtestorthe
dayofyourrequest),oryouwillnotreceivearefund.Forexample,thedeadlinetorescheduleaSaturdaytestdateis
Tuesday.
ThefeetorescheduleisUS$60.Paymentmustbereceivedbeforeyoucanregisterforanothertestdate.

CancelationPolicy
Youmustcancelyourregistrationnolaterthan3fulldaysbeforeyourtestdate(notincludingthedayofyourtestortheday
ofyourrequest),oryourtestfeewillbeforfeited.Forexample,thedeadlinetocancelaMondaytestdateisThursday.

TestFeeRefunds
Ifyoucancelyourregistrationbeforethe3dayadvancedeadline,youwillreceivearefundequivalenttohalfofthetestfee
youpaid.Theremainderofyourpaymentwillberetainedtocoverexpensesforprocessingyourregistrationandholdinga

Dressappropriatelytoaccountfortemperaturevariationsatthecenter.OtherthanyourIDdocument(s),nopersonalitems
suchascellphones,handbags,orstudymaterialswillbeallowedinthetestingroom.Testcenterstaffwilldirectyouon
wheretostorepersonalbelongings.Sometestcenterstodohavesecurestoragespacefortesttakers'belongings.Atthose
testcenters,testtakerswillbegivenaplasticbagfortheirpersonalitems,whichwillbestoredundertheirseats.

PleasebeawarethatalltesttakerswillnotbegintheSpeakingsectionofthetestatthesametime.Othertesttakersmaybe
speakingwhileyouareworkingonanothersectionofthetest.Ifyouthinkyouwillbedistracted,wesuggestyouwearyour
headphonesduringtheentiretestingsession.
