    Grading:
    Studentswillbeheldtotheexpectationthatall
    assignmentsareturnedinontime.Lateworkwillbeacceptedno
    laterthan
    3days
    afteritisdue.10%ofthegradewillbetakenofffor
    eachdaythatitislate.3dayslate=highestpossiblegradeof70%.
    Nolateworkwillbeacceptedafterthe3daygraceperiod.Thereisa
    noextracreditpolicyinthisclass.

    Labs:
    Therearemanylabsandhandsonprojectsinthisclassthatstudentswillhave
    theopportunitytoparticipatein.Labsaredonetoenhancethelearningdoneinthe
    class.Studentswillonlybeallowedtoparticipateinthelabsifmaintainingapassing
    gradeof60%orbetter/andallpreworkregardingthelabiscomplete.Iftheworkisnot
    completeorthestudentisnotpassingtheclasstheywillspendthelabtimecompleting
    thework.

    Absences:
    Ifastudentisabsent,itisHIS/HERresponsibilitytogetalllateworkfromtheteacher
    andreturnitinatimelymanner.1dayabsent=1daytomakeupwork.Ifastudent
    knowstheywillbeabsentforanextendedperiodoftime,theymustacquireworkto
    completePRIORtothistime.Studentscanfindcopiesofnotes,assignments,and
    documentsintheirdesignatedfilebin.
