Subject: Decline in Sales

Our Company, ABC is well known for its service providing to consumers to make them satisfy
and retain. Satisfaction and Retention are two major factors for sales to be improved. ABC
believes that customers are the key for their success and they are always right.
Customers are the main source for generating sales and to improve sale by satisfying their needs
and when needs are satisfied they retain for future.
Unfortunately, from 7 to 8 weeks ABC graph of sales is towards declining stage. According to
internal research it was concluded that late deliveries from warehouse is the main cause of
customer satisfaction and retention which ultimately leads to decline in sales. Some appropriate
steps should be taken to improve the service in order to satisfy customers and to retain them. For
example, deliveries should be done periodically in a day; Goods in warehouse must be kept in a
proper way to get immediately when required etc.
Therefore, I request you to take some bold step and find solution to this problem from your end
also and kindly suggest our department regarding when to book orders and how much time
should be given for after sales services.
