The report is currently being reviewed by a deputy prosecuting attorney to determine if criminal charges can be pursued. As a victim of sexual assault, Crea may be eligible for compensation from the Crime Victim's Compensation Commission. I have enclosed an application for your review. We cannot release the suspect's name at this time because charges have not been filed.
