"Hello Energy"

If you are not able to see energy, sense energy, or feel it, this course should help give you the tools to
having the ability to interact with energy on a more intimate level.
This will require a lot of work with the third eye and crown to be able to do all three. In Part Two I will
go over grounding and cleansing energy, also essential due to the fact that all kinds of energies can
interact with your body once you are even more strongly attracting and manipulating it. You will want
full control of what energies touch you;
grounding and cleansing
will give you full control of that.
Step One: Awareness
Hold your hands up in front of you. If you are a beginner, the only thing you are used to feeling is the
temperature around your hands. If you are a little more observant, you may begin to sense the blood
pulsing in your veins, or the slight air pressure or movement of air over your hands even with no AC or
fan on.
This is the hardest step, moving from your "ordinary" senses, and into other realms. Eventually, you will
begin to notice new sensations. Be it waves, buzzing, vibration, heat, wind, or wobbling energy around
your hands depending on the person and what energy he or she is sensing.
Please be motivated to try and learn this new skill. It is like learning how to listen for a running
river in a forest when thirsty. In this scenario, eventually you train your ears to pick up the
slightest details. For this as well, you are training your body to be more sensitive.

Be aware of any changes, increases or decreases. Pay strict attention and note everything. This may
seem tedious at first but you have to hone yourself to be able to pick it up.

Step Two: Opening Up


God this is repetitive, but you have to meditate to begin feeling vibrations that allow you to become
more open to less physical energies. This requires working on the brow center and the crown.
If you hate meditation
, you can simply use your 3rd eye to do ordinary tasks. For example, if you want
to ask how someone is feeling, try to imagine how they might feel before asking. That is getting
information from energy. You can do that with any situation to help you begin sensing.
Here is an exercise that is short and simple that's 5 mins.

Pretty much, sit in a relaxing spot where you are able to move your legs. Think about one
thing. That would be the area in the center of your head.
Take 15 deep breathes in and out, breathing with your stomach and not your chest. That is
inhaling vertically, sucking air in to your stomach so that your diaphragm is pulling
downward. Your chest shouldn't be heaving forward. If this takes practice take your time.
Focus back on the center of your mind and feel a sliver, a slender crack there that you are
trying to force open. Every inhale you take, feel a pressure building there, allow yourself to
wedge it open. Every exhale, take a break. Then inhale again and put more pressure. You
only have to feel the pressure there, and focus on it. For first timers you'll get a small
headache, but that is progress.
After you begin feeling a pressure, allow it to turn into a burning sensation. Can be hot or
cold, or both. Remember to keep breathing. The wider it opens the more it burns, until you
can feel a purple flame dancing there.

Simply focusing and thinking about it, sends energy to that area. You are stimulating that center with
your thoughts and intent.
For your crown, do the exact same thing:

Focusing on the top of your head, you can still imagine a crack, but you can also imagine a
flower, or lotus sitting on your head. Imagine it blooming on your head with every inhale.
Unlike the first exercise, you may feel wobbly energy or sensation of a cool fire on the top
of your head. You won't feel a headache with this exercise.

Please do not continue these exercises for too long especially if you are new. Take them at a slow
pace.
Stay balanced.
You could overload yourself with more intense energy than you are used to.
Balance is key in everything.

With every new wave you introduce, you can expect huge life changes.
Depending on you, they can be good or bad. So please take caution when beginning a new direction.

Herearetwogreatexercisesyoucancombineoruseindividuallyasdifferentthingsworkfordifferent
people.Eventually,withenoughusage,youbegintodothisnaturallyandwon'tevenhavetothinkaboutit.
Somepeoplearereallygood"grounders"orverydowntoearthbecausetheydothis
subconsciously/naturally.

Beforeeitherexercise,dothese:

Don'tworryaboutemptyingyourmind,leteverythingthatpopstomindbewhatyouwillground
inthenextfewsteps.
Take15deepbreathesinandout,breathingwithyourstomachandnotyourchest.Thatis
inhalingvertically,suckingairintoyourstomachsothatyourdiaphragmispullingdownward.
Yourchestshouldn'tbeheavingforward.Ifthistakespracticetakeyourtime.

Droppingtheball
(skipfurtherdownfortheshorterexercise)

Allowandfeelallyourthoughts,allyourenergytocollectlikeapoolinyourstomach,belowthe
navel.
Tomakethissimpler,itislikeawhirlpoolandallyourthoughtsfromtoday,petpeeves,andany
extraenergy,evenifit'sweariness,getsuckedintothewhirlpoolthere.

Everythingthatcomestomind,allfeeling,allemotion,andallthoughtspileupinthatarea.
Justfeelitbuildinguptherefor2minutes,youmaynotsenseityet,butintimeyoumayfeel
rumbling,orbuzzingasyousendyourthoughts,andthusenergy,there.
After2minutes,feelitgrowinghot,andwarm.Feelthewarmthinthatareaasifsomeoneputa
hotpadonyourbackandlowerstomach.
Evenifyoudon'tgetthatsensation,allowthiscollectionofenergytodropdown,seeitdrop,like
aglobyouletgo,fromyourstomach,downpasttheknees,tothefloor.
Keepsendingitdown,pastthefloor,pasttheconcrete,intothedirt,andevenfurther.
Keepsendingit,allthewaytothecoreoftheearth.
Onceyouimaginethecoreoftheearth,seeastarofenergycomerightbackatyou,following
thesamepathyoudroppedyourenergyin.
Itconnectswithyouandreplaceswhatyou"dropped".
Youshouldfeelasubtlewave,achange.Youarenowgroundedandstabilized.

SpreadingRoots:
Sitonthegrounditself.
Pushallyourenergyfromyourbottomliketreeroots.
Thetreerootsjustkeepspreadingfrombeneathyouintotheearth.Ifyouareunabletofeel
yourselfpushingitdownwards,envisiontherootsgrowingoutfromunderneath.
Keepsendingthemintotheearthliketendrilsforoneminute.Youcanimaginethemasred.
Openupyourrootchakrabyseeingaredballblossominginyourpelvisregion,andseeawhite
lightfillingallthecracksinthisball.Youcanalsosayinyourmind(oraudibly),"Earthplease
spreadhealingenergytomyrootchakra".
Dothisforeachchakrainorderuntilyoureachtheheartchakra.
Thenopenthecrownchakra,envisioningapurpleballblossomingonthetopofthehead,oryou
cansay,"Universepleaseshowerhealingenergyintomycrown"andagain,seewhitelight
fillingallthecracksinthispurpleball.
Dothisforeachchakrauntilyoureachtheheartchakra.
Thiswillbalanceyou.

Part One of Energy in Focus


Strengthening Ability
Huzzah
you've finally started noticing a warmth or buzzing sensation when you focus on moving energy
out of your palms!
Or... maybe not.
Regardless, here's a video that has a documented
98.7%
chance of opening up your brow chakra/3rd
eye. Definitely give it a go and remember to
Ground
first! After this video is another exercise.

Now that your 3rd eye is nice and kindled, you're going to try and move energy up and down your body
with this exercise.
Shake out your whole body by wiggling each arm and leg separately. Rotate your head,
wave your arms, kick each leg out several times as if you're shaking off mud. Do this until
you feel a little energized.
Sit down.

Take 15 deep breathes in and out, breathing with your stomach and not your
chest. That is inhaling vertically, sucking air in to your stomach so that your diaphragm is
pulling downward. Your chest shouldn't be heaving forward. If this takes practice take your
time.
With each inhale, imagine the air as white light entering you.
Now that you have cleared everything out through deep breathes, focus on the area right
below the belly button.
Take more deep breathes, with each breathe count to 5, hold for 2 seconds, then exhale
slowly. With each breath inward imagine energy from all around you building up into a ball
right below the navel.
Take 10 of these deep breathes and let the energy build up below the navel until you feel a
warmth or vibration in that belly area.
On the 10th breath, see it turn into a ball of fire, and let that ball roll up to your brow
chakra.
If it doesn't go up the first time successfully, try it again. Think of it as trying to get a ball in
a hoop, from below the navel up to your brow and even further up if you like.
Experiment with this ball, see if you can send it to different sections of your body.
Send it to your right hand, then the left, then to each foot, or send it to a finger.

The more control you have over energy, the more you will be able to get it to focus in one area or
section of the body. That's a good practice trick!

Flexing your ability to move and sense energy gets better with familiarity.
Initially you may begin to notice that you become "extremely aware of" your body and "distracted by
thoughts" (as Eternal Love would put it). This is all habit, something that goes away the more you let go
of analyzing everything and forcing actions; release your thoughts, stop analyzing and dissecting it
all--simply feel and observe. This will open you up to sensing more.
Your thoughts create "noise".
This noise is what obstructs you from "hearing" more. Get outside of the
noise.

Your environment will also be distracting; your body and physicality will be the most intense sensation
for you. Sitting in a pitch black room, with no noise (sensory deprivation), will make you even more
perceptive to subtler energies. This is a popular technique called Darkroom Enlightenment, or Hermetic
Caves, etc etc.
As you familiarize yourself with what subtler energies feel like, it unfolds even deeper as you become
more conscious of more frequencies and layers most are too "noisy" to pick up.

The natural direction your energy flows. Torus Rings.


Exercise: Seeing with the 3rd Eye
Instead of observing with your mind, and your thoughts, you are going to view your environment with
your third eye
only.
Note:
It is important to balance, ground, and cleanse yourself before and after each exercise until it
becomes automatic.
Hold the intention in your heart to view through the third eye.
Sit down in your most comfortable position. Take 15 deep breathes in and out, breathing
with your stomach and not your chest. That is inhaling vertically, sucking air in to your
stomach so that your diaphragm is pulling downward.
Put all your awareness into the center of your mind. If you are unable to grasp this, simply
thinking about your 3rd eye brings your energy to it. Bring all consciousness to this area
alone.
Push all your bodily energy up and into the center of your mind.
Envision a neon purple crack there which you begin forcing open with each breath. As you
inhale, see it cracking open further. Hear it crackling louder each breath.
As you exhale, release the tension and anxiety of getting this exercise down perfectly.
After you feel a pressure in the middle of your head (stop if you get a headache*), envision
a flame of neon pale purple at the center of your mind.
Feel the dancing flame there, just moving energetically. If you feel that spot whirling, the
brow center is now open.
You should be seeing ultraviolet now. Literally, through your eyes, just wobbling rings or
waves of it. If you don't yet, inbox me.
Now, as you look around your room, see ONLY with the 3rd eye. Feel your environment
reaching you through that center. You are seeing from there, and "absorbing" through there,
do not depend on your eyes.

*Headaches from meditation can mean that too much of frequency you are not well adjusted to yet is
moving through you. Give yourself a break and let your body rest.

Breath of Fire

Breatharian, are you ready?


Energy is infinite, and everywhere. What do you wait for? Utilize it.

A word of caution; in this lesson, you may feel dizzy or light headed from a gust of energy. This is
because when you breathe in, not only do you absorb air but also life energy.
This substance has many names:
-

Life force
-

Prana

Ether
-

Ki
Chi, etc.

A breath of fresh air has so much more meaning now!

Why are we told to take deep breathes to relax? Not only does it have a calming effect on our neural
pathways, and ultimately the brain, due to the repetition, it replenishes our stressed out bodies with
energy. Stress
depletes
us, but breathing
replenishes
us.

The throat chakra, which isnt necessarily tied into breathing,


amplifies
all of your vibrations and is
the gateway to allowing higher states of energy into your body as it passes from the head, to the rest
of you.

In addition to two powerful breathing techniques to get you buzzin here, there will also be an
amplifying lesson. They are
loosely
called "Dragon Breath" and "Butterfly Breath". Of these two
lessons, one will give you overwhelming energy, the other will give you quick energy. Lastly is a quick
technique to amplifying any and all energy (in the homework section).

Prep
Prepare yourself mentally to receive energy effortlessly, let it flow into you and dont try to control it.
Sit in a position that is most comfortable.
Before you begin,

to open your 3 eye so you can
reap the best benefits of not only sensing the gain in energy but having better mastery over
it.
IMPORTANT
:
You must "feel" that you are in-taking ether/prana. When you breathe, pull in
the life force as well. Don't just think "breathe air". Imagine it as light if it helps.

Dragon Breath

This practice is overwhelming in energy and may take days to months to gain mastery. Once you are
mentally prepared, begin with one slow deep breath that "reaches" downward by using your diaphragm
to inhale. This is partially using your abdominal muscles so that as you breathe in the air is moving
down towards your legs. Your stomach should be rising and falling as you breathe down, your chest
should
not
be rising and falling. This may take practice.
After 60 seconds of these deep deep breaths, for the next 60 seconds breathe in deeply at
most 11 times during this time period. Try not to go beyond this pace.
Pick up the speed; for the next 60 seconds, you should breathe in deeply at most 26 times.
After 180 seconds (3 minutes) you should feel a change in your state of energy.
The next 60 seconds, breathe in and out at a one-two, one-two pace. You should breathe
in deeply at most 40 times for this time period.
Remember, Do Not make your breaths shallow. Keep the deep breaths rolling.
For the next 60 seconds, each breath should be back to back (basically without pausing).
Filling your lungs 100% and exhaling before filling them again to 100%.
If you feel dizzy, Stop. You may have overwhelmed yourself with energy and oxygen. Do not
continue or the light headedness may make you pass out.
For the next 60 seconds, begin to decline the rate of breathing. Slow down from back to
back to your normal breathing pattern before the end of the minute.

If mastered correctly, you shouldn't feel tired, dizzy, or unwell. You should feel GREAT, and alive.
Butterfly Breath
This exercise is a great morning routine, and fills you with enough energy to allow you to jog for miles.
You will be breathing in quick halting breaths, and on each inhale you stop a quarter of the way until
you fit 4 tiny breaths into enough to fill your lung capacity. You will do the exact same for exhaling.
To begin, breathe in partially and count one, stop, then two, stop, then three, stop, then
four, stop.
Between every tiny breath, which may seem like panting, you pause for a split second.
After the 4th inhale, you pause and exhale partially. Count to one, stop, then two, stop,
then three, stop, then four, stop.
So you inhale on 4 counts, and exhale on 4 counts.
When you get the hang of it, the "butterfly" breaths are more fluid. So you breathe in
quickly and exhale quickly using these tiny pants. It may look like you are shuddering
slightly as you breathe.
Do this breath for 5 minutes.

When mastered properly, you will find that you feel fresh as the wind and buzzing with energy (and
ready for a bright new day).

Love
energywillneverhurtyou,itwillalwayshelpandhealyou.

energyupfromyourstomachtoyourheart,thenuptothecrownchakraontopofyourhead.
Letthecrownchakraopenlikealotus,andallowSourcetoconnecttoyou.Connecttotheentire
universe(everythingaroundyou,above,etherealspace,etc.).
Dropyourchienergyfromyourstomachintotheground,andallowtheEarthtoconnecttoyou.
Connect,again,totheuniverse(butthistime,themanifestversionyoucansee,i.e.stars,the
sun..)
Youmayfeelwarmthatyourrootchakra,youmayfeellikecoolflamesaresittingonthetopof
yourhead.Therewillbemanyweirdsensationsandexperiences.
Onceyouareconfidentyouareconnected,asktheSourcethroughyourhearttoclosethese
gatesandkeepyousafefrombeingattacked.

3 Levels of
Manifestation

This is a powerful lesson, without an actual lesson or exercise.


"You useless teacher," you are thinking, "you arent really giving a lesson?" Ill explain.

Are you creating exactly what you were hoping for in this universe?
If not... It could be you are stuck on one of the levels of believing Im about to depict below:

Level I - Desire filled with Doubt


You are looking for a projected outcome, you know what you want/desire, and you put in the energy to
make this event happen. However, you have a lingering suspicion it might fail, or you have an idea it
might work, but constantly feel doubt. You want something, but it will kinda happen despite your
efforts.
Its literally being left in someone elses hands at that point, and to some outside force/whim.

Level II - Insecure Belief


You know exactly what you want, and believe it can happen. However, you are confident at times, but
completely unconfident at other times. Youre unsure of the outcome coming to completion entirely.
Uncertainty is as strong as the belief here.

Level III - Strong Will


You envisioned exactly what you want and know it will happen, and you consistently put in the energy
to make this happen. You COMPLETELY trust it will occur. There is a finality in this decision.
No wavering here, and it does manifest as you wished. As always.

Even if you are stuck on Level I, the outcome can still happen.
Why?
No matter how much you plan
for something, no matter how much you decide on something, still sometimes it may not happen, even
if youre on Level III.
Why?
The basic cause of this?

Your
Will
must be more powerful than the doubt.
The more faith you put into your energy, the more powerful the process. And faith, is an emotional
thing.
The more energy you put into the process, the more powerful as well.

However, no matter what, there could always be a force stronger than you.
Some things in the universe are unsolvable and spontaneous.
If you ride the wave and not fight against it, however, its hard to not find a desirable outcome.

There is no exercise to teach someone how to manifest expertly.

It is purely a psychological wish, you decide when youre ready to believe, or not.

Imagine the ability to transform any situation, or energy, to a new state.

The process of transmutation is the universal concept of changing one form of energy into another.
Healers and reiki masters perform miracles by changing the lower vibrational state of a dis-ease to
that of a higher state, thereby negating the illness without draining their own energy by drawing from
an infinite Source (but, the less experienced can damage themselves by using their own life force).

Inside ourselves, as we go through the sacred stages called


Nigredo to Albedo, Citrinitas, and lastly
Rubedo
, we are purifying ourselves with the
eternal flame
that removes the impurities and imbalances
to reach a wholly balanced and perfect state--emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
This is referred to as
Magnum opus

The Great Work

Another example, instead of combating a hateful person charging at you, converting his/her negative
vibes will also change how he/she will influence a situation. With an angry person, if you react in a
peaceful way and emit calm vibes, it definitely turns around the outcome. This happens a lot. And if
the positive energy is overwhelming, the negative person changes internally too and may even begin to
have a less selfish mindset.

The Art of Transmutation

Find your inner stillness.


Sense the Self that is forever unperturbed and unchanging. That It" that is always there, no
matter what is happening.

(Note: It will be hard to continue this lesson if you are not advanced in having found your Zen, or
peaceful sense of
Being
.)
For practice, think of a situation that gives you a very sad emotion that you have not
completely overcome, that still brings you pain.
Tune into that situation in your memory, and that feeling. Tune in like a radio tunes into a
channel.
Focus on it intently, but possessively.
Allow your intuition, or 3rd eye, to absorb energy, rather than pushing it out; allow the
energy to make its imprint on you so you can sense it.
You are sitting in its waves, the waves come through you passively, but you guide yourself
through it as if swimming. Passive with direction.
Once youve caught hold of this energy from the painful emotion, maybe even feels like a
knot or blockage inside you, sense how much control you have over it.
Begin to sense that this energy is falling into an energetic spiral, which matches the spin of
the universe, and aligning with the will of All, the universal spirit. You could think of
converting the energy to OM as well. See it happening.
Feel your influence over your emotional state growing.
Allow that inner sense of being to flow out of you and the desire to change that state of
energy into a positive one. Feel it shifting into laughter, smiling, and content-ness. See
yourself frowning and then slowly beginning to smile with glee.

Do you sense this energy changing? Does the pain feel worse? It will get better.

FEEL that you are emitting this laughter into the energy, and feel the energy changing.
You should feel the emotion within you towards that memory or situation lighten up, with
less tension. You may even have a new insight, and something you can take from it.
If this emotion is still the same, you may need more practice and control over your emotions
and energy. You should feel a state change within yourself, where you feel better and
happy.
