Important information for your holiday in Croatia

Information as a basis for your holiday preparation and choice of your holiday home are important:

1 Arrival and Check-in


On the Mietausweis you find information about when the holiday property is available and must be made
up when the departure. Specified on the Mietausweis arrival and departure times are always valid. Unless
otherwise specified, the time of arrival between 16:00 - 20.00 clock and departure time at any time later
than at 10.00 clock. The key will normally be issued only on presentation of Originalmietausweises.
If you arrive late, you must notify the landlord or his representatives. The home owner appreciates it
under all circumstances, to obtain information about the expected time of arrival, even if this is within
the period specified in the rental documents. To do this, please use the form which is attached to the
rental documents. Please note that even if you specified earlier than the holiday property arrive, the key
will be distributed upon arrival at the agreed time. Arrive later than stated on the rental documents,

2 House Size and

The washing machine for common use is as a rule in the house of the landlord available. The air
conditioner is if it belongs to the equipment, always in the living area.

3 Renovation
If in the description of a specification is included for renovation, this does not mean that the entire
holiday property has been completely renovated. It can be individual rooms such as the bathroom or
kitchen renovation.

4 Bedrooms / Beds / Beds

6 Holiday objects with hot tub and / or swimming pool (indoor and outdoor)

preheated on arrival at about 24-25 C. Soap, shampoo, etc. should never be used in a swimming pool

or hot tub. Outdoor pools are approximately from 1 May to about 30 September usable, depending on

8 Plot / Access

13th Pets
Some homeowners do not want your guests to bring pets. This follows from the corresponding
description of the holiday property. Our quality can not guarantee that pets never stayed in the

not respected, we will ask guests to remove the pet immediately.
If in the description of a dog icon is specified, pets are allowed. Please specify when booking if you bring
pets and provide for the necessary vaccinations and documents about it (ask your vet).

17th Construction / noise


Our quality can not control construction activities in the respective areas. This may lead to the
construction work of new buildings or renovations in the vicinity of the holiday home. Please keep in

18th Problems / Complaints


If you find any defects, contrary to expectations upon arrival at the Accommodation or on inventory, so

Tourist tax
Tourist tax is included for the maximum specified number of persons in the house price. Extra-person

Electricity / water supply


In very hot summers or in very dry periods, there may be problems with water and electricity

Often the water through an in-house memory is referenced, which is heated by solar energy. The water

Croatia holiday houses with electricity supply from solar panels only devices can be connected to 12V.

Insurance / car papers


Please always remember to carry driving license and car papers.

Boat / fishing
The legally necessary fishing license, please contact the corresponding tourist office. When a boat is part
of the equipment of the holiday home, this can usually be used in the period from May to September
(depending on weather conditions). Please note that the required lifejackets not included, and the use of
the boat is at your own risk.

Central Heating
Central heating means that the building is equipped with its own heating system, such as a boiler with

Playground equipment
