STRENGTHS
1. The Quezon City was declared as the richest city in the entire
country by the COA.
2. The computerization of tax assessment and payment.
3. The exercise of personal discretion on the determination of the
amount of tax to be paid has been diminished.
WEAKNESSES
1. Increased taxes expected.
OPPORTUNITIES
1. The computerized system has shortened the processing time of
papers and documents.
2. New businesses opened.
3. Eliminate fixers.
THREATS
1.
Perceptions about the improvements in the system from the
business sectors particularly from the manufacturing sector indicated
