This document is a court filing from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit regarding Case 14-12419. It states that Christopher Gandolfo's appointed counsel, Randee Golder, has moved to withdraw from representing Gandolfo and filed an Anders brief stating there are no arguable issues of merit for appeal. After reviewing the entire record, the court's independent examination revealed no issues of merit, so it granted the motion to withdraw and affirmed Gandolfo's conviction and sentence.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
Plaintiff-Appellee, versus CHRISTOPHER N. GANDOLFO, Defendant-Appellant. ________________________ Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida ________________________ (January 14, 2015) Before JULIE CARNES, JILL PRYOR and FAY, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM:
Case: 14-12419
Date Filed: 01/14/2015
Page: 2 of 2
Randee J. Golder, appointed counsel for Christopher Gandolfo in this
appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsels assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsels motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Gandolfos conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
