The chart below shows employment figures in different tourism-related
industries between 1989 and 1999.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features,
and make comparisons where relevant

The chart shows the employment figures of various tourism-related

industries between 1989 and 1999. Overall, almost all of the industries increased in
1999 except culture industry which slightly decreased with less than a tenth of the
amount in 1999. Compared to the employment in 1989, travel industry which had
the lowest employment rose significantly to over twice the amount in 1999.
However, hotels which had the highest employment in 1989 only had a negligible
increase with less than a tenth of the amount. As a result, food industries exceeded
the amount in 1999 and became industries with the highest employment due to
their considerable increase with a fifth of the amount ten years ago. Sports
industries also increased considerably with about one in four of the amount. In
general, the employment amount in 1999 increased with approximately a fifth of
the amount due to the significant increases from sports, travel, and food industries.
