Instructions for Principals

Phase I seat allotment has been made on 20.6.2016. The list of students will be reflected on
Principals login. However to access the students list on your web page on
http://ccets.cgg.gov.in you must have your login IDs given by respective universities and fill
in infrastructure and staff details.
The details of seat allotment is available under Reports College wise and Category Wise
Allotted Report and confirmation table in Forms Student Allotment Confirmation By College.
The students will approach you with a computer generated provisional allotment order
downloaded from DOST.
1. Please cross verify the information on the Confirmation Table with that of the print
out brought by the student.
2. Please verify all the copies of the certificates of the student and tally with online report.
At this stage originals should not be collected.
3. Confirm a student if the information of the student and the online information are
tallied or report the details that are not tallied.
4. If the details do not tally, you may advise the student to submit his particulars before
the commencement of Phase II.
5. In case the student furnishes latest caste/income /any other information different from
that posted in allotment order they can inform the same through remarks textbox given
in the confirmation table.
6. The allotment status of all the students who have not reported on or before 25-06-2016
will be cancelled automatically. However they can re-exercise their web options in
Phase II.
