Morning Red Juice Recipe:

1 medium-sized fuji apple (or whichever apple


you prefer)
1 10-12 inch stalk of celery, leaves removed
thumb-sized piece of sugar beet, peeled
thumb-sized knob of ginger, peeled
thumb-sized knob of fresh turmeric peeled
1 carrot, leaves removed, peeled
1 tablespoon of moringa leaves (optional)
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
1. Push all ingredients through juicer (except
cayenne pepper)
2. Mix cayenne pepper in
3. Drink ASAP
Afternoon Green Juice Recipe:
Water from one coconut (buko)
cup fresh pineapple
2 cups mix of the following leaves:
o Ampalaya tops
o Camote tops
o Saluyot leaves
o Kale
o Spinach
o Lettuce
o Mint leaves
o Oregano leaves
2 to 4 pieces Ashitaba leaves
1. Push leaves and pineapple through slow juicer
2. Mix juices with coconut water

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Concoction Recipe:

(taken before breakfast, and before dinner)


1 tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Virgin Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 big pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of water
