Reflection day 3 (27/7/16)

I started my morning by attending a brief assembly. After the assembly, I updated my

practicum book to keep it up to date. Then, I went to 4 Amanah to check out the class that I
will be teaching for these three months. The class was quite conducive and the table
arrangements were appropriate for 21st century learning style.
Furthermore, as it was Wednesday, the school had their cu-curriculum activities in
the afternoon. I was in charge of Pengakap for that day. That was the first time I am being in
Pengakap and I had zero knowledge about Pengakap. Although I did not have much
knowledge about Pengakap I was able to conduct marching practice for the students. I
taught them how to do marching with a little knowledge that I had. I am really proud of
myself because I was able to conduct the marching practice quite well. Besides, I was really
thankful to my lecturers from the Cu - curriculum unit who taught us to be ready to handle
situations like this.
After the marching practice, I also conducted charade game with year four students.
They really had fun playing that game and I was really glad that I was able to conduct the
class in a fun way although I did not prepare anything earlier.
Overall, it was a great day where I have learned so many things such as how to
conduct Cu-curriculum class and also to be prepared for anything. This was definitely a great
experience for me to become a better teacher in the future.
