Please find below the documents that are required for rent permission in Noida.
Please note that the said are case to case basis and subject to approval by the
relevant authority and subject to change as per the descrition of the said authority,
this is just of information purpose:

(a) original Lease deed/title document and 4 photocopies.

(b) NOC from Noida Authority (rent Permission)
(c) PAN Card of Company & Authorized signatory
(d) ID Proof Authorized signatory
(e) Area details and plan of the commercial unit./IT Unit
(h) Signatures and passport size photograph duly attested by Bank
