RE: THE PURCHASE OF 2010 PHILBIN BEACH PARKING PERMITS

Please be advised of the following rules/regulations regarding the Philbin Beach parking permit:

**NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON PHILBIN BEACH. YOU MAY TAKE YOUR DOGS TO
LOBSTERVILLE BEACH. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OR MAY LOSE THEIR
PHILBIN PARKING PRIVILEGES.

**LICENSE PLATE NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO ISSUE PERMIT

1. 2010 Philbin Beach Parking Permit prices for Aquinnah Renters are as follows:
(Only one Parking Permit may be issued for each rental unit.)
1 week - $50.00 2 weeks (consecutive) - $70.00 3 or more weeks (consecutive) - $85.00
*Add up to 2 extra cars to your one issued permit: $15.00 per car. Permit replacement fee: $5.00.

2. For Permits issued for one car only, the parking sticker must be permanently affixed to the driver’s side
back seat window, visible to attendant. **The license plate number on the car must match the plate
number on the sticker. **Attempted violation of this rule may result in the loss of the Parking Permit.

3. For Permits issued for multiple car use, the parking sticker must be shown to the Attendant upon entry.
**The license plate on the car entering the lot must match one of the license plate numbers on the
sticker. **Attempted violation of this rule and procedure may result in the loss of the Parking Permit.

4. Each Parking Permit will have two holes punched indicating the expiration month and day.

5. If there is any question as to the validity of your parking permit sticker, the attendant will call this office to
verify its validity.

6. If the attendant determines that your parking permit sticker is invalid, you will be asked to refrain from
parking in the lot. You will also be informed that if you do park, your car will be towed at your expense.

7. We understand you are eager to go to the beach. Nevertheless, we expect you to treat our attendants
courteously and with respect at all times, whether or not they question the validity of your parking permit
sticker.
8.For our protection and your own, we ask the person purchasing the parking permit sticker to read this
agreement. By signing below you are stating that you understand it and agree to abide by it.
**VIOLATORS MAY LOSE THEIR PHILBIN PARKING PRIVILEGES.
**THE FINE FOR PARKING WITHOUT A PHILBIN PERMIT IS NOW $50.00.

**PARKING IS PERMITTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

BECAUSE SPACE IS LIMITED, PARKING IS LIMITED AND IS NOT GUARANTEED.
