STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

OUR GOAL FOR EVERY CHILD THAT ATTENDS KIDS CLUB IS TO ENJOY THEIR
TIME WITH US AND TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS. WE MUST MAKE SURE THAT
THERE IS A STANDARD SET FOR ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. WE EXPECT EACH
CHILD TO ART IN A MANNER THAT IS RESPECTFUL, AND CONSIDERATE TO ALL
OTHER CHILDREN AND STAFF.
THE FOLLOWING OFFENSES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY BE CAUSE FOR
IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL FROM KIDS CLUB PROGRAM:
1. Physical violence or threat of violence toward another child or staff member.
2. Verbal abuse of another child or staff member.
3. Damage to any property, equipment, or another childs belongings.
4. Theft of any kind.
5. Disruption of activities.
6. Teasing, bullying, or making fun of another child.
By reading and signing this agreement, I acknowledge that my child may be removed from
Kids Club for behavior deemed to be inappropriate by any Kids Club staff member.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that part of the Kids Club Program experience may involve activities and
interactions that may be new to my child, and that they come with certain risks and
uncertainties beyond what my child may be used to dealing with at home. I am aware of these
risks, and I am assuming them on behalf of my child. I realize that no environment is
Risk free, and so I have instructed my child on the importance of abiding by all rules, and
my child and I both agree that he or she is familiar with or will be learning these rules and will
obey them. It is agreed that any dispute or cause fro action between the parties, whether out
of this agreement or otherwise, will only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction
located in Warren County, New Jersey, and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of
New Jersey.
